No. Buyer AI Pro is document intelligence - it reads what your documents actually say and organizes it so nothing gets missed. Decisions belong with you and your licensed professionals; every report says so, and tells you exactly what to raise with them.

What happens to my documents?

They're used only to produce your reports, stored privately, and never used to train anything. One click permanently deletes the document and every report generated from it.

What if the document is huge - or barely filled in?

A 900-page strata package gets the full treatment. A disclosure form the seller left blank gets a short, honest report about what that usually means and what to do about it - we don't pad.
